Client Replies to Listings Sent

I am not receiving client replies when they reply to emails that I send from Paragon that contain possible listings for them to consider. I do have my emails bcc'd to my business email account. When I called about it, I was told that the client has to REPLY ALL or there is no way for me to receive their replies and they are not notified that I do not receive their reply making it look like neither of us is communicating with the other. There should be a way that client replies can be re-directed to my business email or other email as assigned. As of now, I have a message that is automatically included in the message body but in my opinion it is rather unprofessional that we have to tell our client to REPLY ALL for their message to reach us.

Thanks for your question and very sorry for the confusion. It is not normally required for your contact to mark reply all when replying for you to receive the email. Paragon email format utilizes headers and as long as the destination email address recognizes headers when they mark reply it will reply directly to your email. If that is not occurring there may be settings or options that would be available through that email provider to allow for those options. Though this would be the exception as most email providers will recognize that Paragon was sending that email on your behalf and when you reply that would come directly to you instead of the Paragon email server. If you are seeing something else occur we are happy to look into it and aid in solutions or recommendations.
