I am not receiving client replies when they reply to emails that I send from Paragon that contain possible listings for them to consider. I do have my emails bcc'd to my business email account. When I called about it, I was told that the client has to REPLY ALL or there is no way for me to receive their replies and they are not notified that I do not receive their reply making it look like neither of us is communicating with the other. There should be a way that client replies can be re-directed to my business email or other email as assigned. As of now, I have a message that is automatically included in the message body but in my opinion it is rather unprofessional that we have to tell our client to REPLY ALL for their message to reach us.
